WISE Women Community Presents:

Daring Greatly Foundations:

An 8-Week Inner Leadership Journey

A New Year Reset for the Woman Ready to Lead Her Life with Courage, Clarity, and Heart.

January 2026 Cohort

This is your invitation to

step into 2026 with intention.

An 8-Week Virtual Leadership Development Experience for Women

This is not a lecture. This is an experience.

The WISE Women Daring Greatly Foundations program is a brave, intentional, 8-week leadership development journey designed to help you build courage, strengthen boundaries, deepen trust, and live and lead with greater clarity and purpose.

Rooted in Brené Brown’s Daring Greatly and Dare to Lead™ research, this program blends vulnerability, truth-telling, integration, and real-world application — while also incorporating the additional tools, leadership frameworks, and research I use across my executive and organizational leadership work.

This is where inner leadership begins.

As the foundation of the WISE Women™ community, this experience is designed to help you reconnect with your wisdom, trust your intuition, and step into your next chapter with support, strength, and intention.

What This Experience

Is About

At its core, this program supports you in learning how to:

Show up more fully and authentically

Lead with courage instead of perfection

Build trust with yourself and others

Strengthen boundaries and self-respect

Have braver conversations

Recover quickly from setbacks

Live from your values — not your fear

You’ll explore how vulnerability is not weakness — it is the birthplace of courage, creativity, and meaningful connection.

Why This Program? Why Now?

Because women everywhere are carrying more than ever.
Because the world asks a lot from us.
Because many of us feel the pull toward something deeper — leadership that starts from within.

WISE Women is stepping forward as companies reduce DEI efforts and ask women to do more with less.

We’re not waiting for permission.
We’re building our own ecosystem of wisdom, growth, and support.

This is where you come to reconnect with yourself, your voice, your courage, and your vision for what comes next.

What We'll Cover

Drawing from Daring Greatly™ and Dare to Lead™, we’ll work with four core leadership skill sets:

Rumbling with Vulnerability

Learning how to stay present with uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure instead of armoring up or pulling away.

Living Into Our Values

Identifying your core values and learning how to translate them into daily decisions, boundaries, and leadership behaviors.

BRAVING Trust

Building trust using the seven elements of trust: Boundaries, Reliability, Accountability, Vault, Integrity, Non-judgment, and Generosity.

Learning to Rise

Developing the skills to rise after disappointment, conflict, or failure — with resilience, self-compassion, and clarity.

You’ll also explore:

  • Shame resilience and self-compassion

  • Letting go of perfectionism, people-pleasing, numbing, and control

  • Moving from armored leadership to daring leadership

  • Practicing courage in relationships, career, and life

Who This Is For

You do not need a formal leadership title to belong here.
If you are leading your life, your work, your family, or your community

You belong here. 🧡

This program is for women who:

Feel called to lead from a deeper, more aligned place

Are ready to move beyond perfectionism and performance

Navigating transition, burnout, or reinvention

Want stronger boundaries and clearer values

Desire more meaningful connection in their lives and work

Are stepping into a new season of leadership — formally or informally

Know they have untapped potential and want the space to explore and expand it

Why This Version Is Unique

While this program is grounded in Brené Brown’s research, this WISE Women edition is not a cookie-cutter Daring Greatly experience.

It is uniquely shaped by:

My background in executive and organizational leadership development

Conscious leadership frameworks

Neuroscience-based behavior change

Somatic awareness and integration

Real-world leadership application across career and life

This is where personal growth meets leadership practice.

FAQs

Don't worry, we got you. Here are some answers for your questions.

This program is designed as a cohesive, relational journey, not a drop-in class. Each week builds on the last, and your presence matters — to both your own growth and the integrity of the group.

If you know in advance that you will need to miss multiple sessions, this likely won’t be the right season for you to join. If something unavoidable comes up and you miss an occasional session, you’ll receive limited catch-up support, but live participation is essential to the depth and impact of this experience.

If you’re unsure about your availability, we’re happy to talk it through with you.

No. This is a leadership development and personal growth program, not therapy. While the work is deep and meaningful, it is educational, experiential, and skills-based in nature. You are always encouraged to seek individual therapy if you’re navigating trauma or mental health concerns that need clinical support.

Not at all. You don’t need a title to belong here. This program is for women who are leading their lives, their work, their families, their communities — or preparing to step into greater leadership in any form.

While this experience is grounded in Brené Brown’s research, this version is uniquely shaped by Michelle’s executive leadership, conscious leadership frameworks, neuroscience-based behavior change, and real-world organizational experience. It intentionally bridges personal growth and practical leadership for life, career, and work.

Because this work invites vulnerability and honest self-reflection, all participants are asked to review and sign a coping agreement before the program begins. This agreement outlines how we take responsibility for our own emotions and well-being, seek support when needed, and contribute to a respectful, emotionally safe group environment.

You don’t need to be fearless — just willing. That said, this work does go to deep places. If you’re navigating active crisis, unresolved trauma, or significant emotional overwhelm, this may not be the right time.

If you’re unsure, you’re warmly invited to schedule a short conversation with Michelle to explore readiness and determine fit. Clarity is an act of self-care.

Yes. Creating a brave and trusted space is essential. What is shared in the group stays in the group. This expectation is part of the coping agreement and community commitment.

Emotion is a natural part of courageous work. You will never be forced to share more than you’re ready for. You always have choice, voice, and agency in how you participate.

In addition to the weekly 2-hour live session, you can expect:

  • Light reflection or journaling between sessions

  • Real-life practice in your conversations, boundaries, and leadership

Most participants spend 30–60 minutes per week outside of sessions integrating the work.

Yes. Everything you’ll learn directly supports your career, leadership, communication, boundaries, confidence, and decision-making — while also deepening your personal relationships and sense of alignment.sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.

You are always encouraged to reach out for individual coaching, therapy, or additional support as needed. This program is powerful, but it is not meant to replace individualized care.  Michelle has a list of referral partners she would be happy to share with you to add to your support team.

The program is facilitated by Michelle Poole, PCC, PHR, Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, executive leadership coach, and co-founder of Coaching 4 Good. Michelle has spent over 15 years in global HR and more than a decade coaching leaders and organizations through meaningful change.
